Caloundra

What do I need to say about Caloundra?

Caloundra has it all.

When I first started to paint Caloundra's beaches, I hadn't realized how different each one was from the other.

The little spot that started out as a humble fishing village, and a base for the local prawning industry was for a long time considered the 'poor relation'.

It has now grown to become a thriving metropolis, though it still retains its quaint family holiday atmosphere.

I am incredibly biased because I lived there for a great part of my adult life.

Please look through my Caloundra beach prints, and you too may become a convert.
